Here's the adventure your handbag goes on with me before it reaches you:

Step 1: Select the leather from leather suppliers;
Step 2: Choose the lining from a haberdashery;
Step 3: Hand pick the fastenings from a trimmings shop;
Step 4: Drop everything off to the bag manufacturers. Our loveable craftsman, Dinesh & Kishore then begin to assemble your handbag. With over 30 years of experience in handbag production for big department stores like Selfridges and designers like Lulu Guinness, they really are pro's;
Step 5: Puzzle all the pieces together and carry out quality checks at the workshop; and finally
Step 6: Pack the clutch with protective Jiffy foam wrapping and place it into an envelope.

Delivery times

Within 2-4 weeks your bespoke handbag will be on it's way to you.

Handmade products are made with love, perspiration and buckets of passion, so they take a little longer to assemble.

Delivery methods

We guarantee fast delivery. We use a tracked delivery service to allow you to follow the journey of your parcel from us to your doorstep in real time.

UK - We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class (You should receive your orders within 1-3 working days of the dispatch date)
EU Residents - We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class (You should receive your orders within 5 working days of the dispatch date)
NON EU, USA, Australian & Canadian Residents - We ship with UPS Express Delivery (You should receive your orders within 3-5 working days of the dispatch date)

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any Custom Duty Fees that may be charged upon delivery. USA & Non-EU buyers, if you have any questions regarding Custom Duty Fees, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will help you to work out details before your purchase.

The finished product may vary based on the leather in stock. As we source, rare off-cuts, the leather used for each bag may differ to the images and description above. The leather maybe shinny or matte depending on availability at the time of making the bag. The main colour and overall style shall remain the same.

All our handbags are made from real leather which is an animal's skin. The skin is a portrait of the animals unique experiences through out its lifetime. This means your clutch may have natural creases, folds, marks and defects that are unavoidable. Having said, we try our best to use clean, unmarked leather at all times.

Returns

All items maybe returned or exchanged up to two weeks from the date the item is delivered. 

The delivery costs incurred when sending the item to you are non-refundable. We work with a third party to ensure your handbag gets to you safely, therefore the delivery cost cannot be redeemed.  

Only items returned in their original condition can be refunded. 

All our products go through rigorous quality checks before they are sent out to you. Nonetheless, even we make mistakes sometimes, so if your order is defective or substantially different to the listing please reach out to us. Your happiness is our number one priority so we'll do everything we can to rectify the problem or assist you with the return.
