CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund

What I don't want to do is cover fashion events in the traditional way - scrap the red carpet do's and dont's - I just want to do the do's. I can't promise events will be a regular thing I cover - I really don't have the time. I'll do it when I think someone wore something truly remarkable. Here's my picks from the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. If you're a fashion nerd like me - you'll want to know a brand (I've never heard of) Telfar, won the $400,000 fund. Blah, blah, blah - the interesting part is the designer, Telfar Clemens won the award yesterday, TWELVE years after starting his fashion brand. He also voices his opinion on racism in the industry openly. Now to the fun part... My best dressed list!

Vogue.co.uk

Hilary Rhoda wearing J Mendel - I know so many of your are going to disagree with me - but I give this look 5*****'s

www.vogue.co.uk

Lais Ribeiro wearing Cushnie et Ochs - how can you not love this - it's a classic two piece with modern finishes like the flared legs.

Dree Hemingway

Dree Hemingway in I don't know what - she wore a fanny pack to an awards ceremony - gwan girl!

Lineisy Montero wearing Public School

Lineisy Montero wearing Public School - this is how you layer right. The bright coloured earrings add hella pizzazz - I like saying the word pizzazz.
